At North American Sauna Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to approval and may incur fees if production or shipping has already begun.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at logistics@northamericansauna.com.

Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Damaged or Defective Products
