North American Sauna Co. ships across Canada and the United States. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it ships.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. Remote areas may require additional time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For large items (saunas, hot tubs), freight shipping rates apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Options
Curbside Delivery (Standard): The carrier will deliver your order to the curb or driveway. You are responsible for moving the product to its final location.
White Glove Delivery (Available on select products): Includes delivery to your desired location on your property. Contact us for availability and pricing.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada and the USA only. International shipping is not available at this time.
